7.1 Attaching wheel axle and
wheels
● Attach the wheel axle (E) with
wheel locks (F), bolts (J) and lock
nuts (P) to the wheel carrier (D) and
tighten using open-ended spanner (R)
(4 - 6Nm).
● Push wheels (H) onto mounted wheel
axle.
● Press the quick fastener (O) onto the
wheel axle with the convex side facing
outwards.
● Press wheel caps (I) onto wheels.
7.2 Installing the chassis and
ejection chute
1 Install the ejection chute
extension
● Place the basic unit (A) onto a block of
wood with a height of approx. 15-
20 cm.
● Engage the hooks (1) of the ejection
chute extension (B) into the
openings (2) on the rear of the basic
unit (A) and turn the extension
downwards so that the front part of the
basic unit is precisely inserted in the
opening of the ejection chute extension.
● Fasten the screws (Q) in the lugs of the
hooks (1) (1 - 2Nm).
2 Attach the chassis
● Push the chassis with both wheel
carriers (3) into the guides on the basic
unit (4).
● Push the bent section of the wheel
carrier (5) into the recesses on the
ejection chute extension (6).
● Position washers (N) on the bores of
the wheel carriers (7), screw in bolts (K)
and tighten using open-ended
spanner (R) (6 - 8Nm).
3 Install strip
● Position strip (G) and screw in
screws (L) (1 - 2Nm).
● Lift machine into upright position.
Wear hearing protection.
Wear safety glasses.
Wear work gloves.
Risk of injury:
Do not climb onto the
machine.
Risk of injury:
Never put your hands or any
other part of your body or
clothing into the feed chute
or ejection chute.
Rotational direction for
adjusting the counterplate.
7. Preparing the machine for
operation
Quick fasteners must be pushed
onto the wheel axle only to the
extent that the wheels can still turn
freely.
Quick fasteners are not reuseable
following removal.

The bent section of the wheel
carrier (5) must be precisely
inserted in the recesses on the
ejection chute extension (6).
Check that the chassis is seated
correctly and securely.
