CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION! The cutting blades of the rotary knife are very
sharp and dangerous. Handle the knives very carefully!
Unplug the unit before cleaning.
Remove the motor unit (2) from the bowl (5).
Wash the removable parts in warm soapy water, rinse and
dry them.
Clean the motor unit (2) with a soft, slightly damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
After processing salty or sour products, rinse the chopping
knife (4) with water immediately.
While possessing products with strong dyeing properties
(for instance, carrot or beetroot), plastic parts can get col-
ored, wipe them with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil,
after that wash the parts with water and neutral detergent
and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) INTO ANY
LIQUIDS; DO NOT WASH IT UNDER RUNNING WATER OR
IN A DISH-WASHING MACHINE.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Immediately release the power button and disconnect the appliance
from the mains.
Make sure that the engine has been running continuously for nor more
than 10 seconds.
Make a break in the work for at least 15 minutes
The products are too solid
or the maximum loading
volume has been exceeded
Immediately release the power button and disconnect the appliance
from the mains.
Reduce the amount of food in the bowl.
