FILLING THE SAUSAGE CASING
• Mince the meat.
• Install the meat grinder head (7) in the installation
place (4) (pic. 2).
• Install the screw (8) into the meat grinder head body
(7), place the crossed blade (9), one of the plates
(10), the sausage attachment (12) on the screw (8),
then tighten the nut (11) (pic. 11).
• Place the food tray (6) on the meat grinder head (7).
• Put the natural casing in a bowl with warm water for
10-15 minutes.
• Pull softened casing on the attachment (12) and
make a knot on the tip.
• Put the minced meat on the food tray (6).
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Switch the meat grinder on by setting the operation
mode switch (1) to the 1 or 2-position.
• Use the pusher (5) (pic. 11) to push down the minced
meat; as the casing is lled, slide it o󰀨 the attachment
(12), and wet it as the casing dries.
• After the operation is nished, switch the meat
grinder o󰀨 by setting the operation mode switch
(1) to the position «OFF», unplug the unit and then
disassemble it.
• Unscrew the nut (11), remove the attachment (12),
the plate (10), the crossed blade (9) and take the
screw (8) out.
• To remove the meat grinder head (7), press the
lock button (3), turn the meat grinder head (7)
counterclockwise and remove it (pic. 24).
• Wash all removable parts in warm water with a
neutral detergent. Rinse and dry.
VEGETABLE SLICER
• Three graters (16, 17, 18) for chopping fruit or
vegetables and a slicer (19) for slicing fruit or
vegetables are supplied with the unit.
• Insert the vegetable slicer (14) into the installation
place (4), turn the vegetable slicer (18)
counterclockwise until it is xed (pic. 13).
• Insert one of the attachments (16, 17, 18 or 19) into
the vegetable slicer (14) (pic. 14).
• Place a suitable container under the vegetable slicer
(14).
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Switch the meat grinder on by setting the operation
mode switch (1) to the position «1 or 2».
• During operation, use only the pusher (15) supplied
with the unit (pic. 15). Do not apply excessive e󰀨ort
while pushing fruits or vegetables. Do not push fruits
or vegetables with your hands or any other objects.
• After the operation is nished, switch the meat
grinder o󰀨 by setting the operation mode switch (1)
to the position «OFF», unplug the unit and then start
removing the vegetable slicer (14).
