GUMMIBANDNÄHFUSS
Mit diesem Sonderfuß wird das Gummiband geführt,
während Sie durch die Spannungsschraube am Fuß die
Elastizität des Gummibands beeinussen können.
1. Tauschen Sie den normalen Nähfuß gegen den
Gummibandnähfuß aus.
2. Stellen Sie die Stichlänge auf ca. 4 ein.
3. Heben Sie den Rollenteil des Fußes etwas an, und
schieben Sie das Gummiband zwischen die Rolle und
die untere Strebe (siehe Skizze), bis das Gummiband
den Transporteur erreicht.
4. Nähen Sie das Gummiband ca. 3 cm um zu sehen, ob es
richtig genäht wird.
5. Legen Sie Ihr Nähgut unter den Fuß, und nähen Sie das
Gummiband an.
6. Prüfen Sie, ob die Stichbildung korrekt ist, und erhöhen
Sie falls nötig die Spannung.
7. Stellen Sie die Spannungsschraube am Rollenteil nach,
bis der gewünschte Effekt erreicht wird.
a) Festere Spannung des Rollers erziehlt eine höhere
Dehnbarkeit des Nähguts.
b) Weniger Spannung des Rollers bewirkt eine geringere
Elastizität.

ELASTICATOR
An elastic foot is available as an optional extra. This foot
will guide your elastic and at the same time apply pressure
to the elastic with our specially designed tension controlled
roller, allowing you to control the elasticity while sewing.
1. Replace regular foot with elasticator.
2. Set stitch length at about 4.
3. Slightly raise the roller portion of the foot and insert
elastic tape between the roller and the lower support
bar as illustrated, until the edge of elastic reaches the
feed dog teeth.
4. Sew the elastic for about one inch (3 cm) or more to
conrm if the tape is properly sewn.
5. Insert the fabric under the foot and sew together with
the elastic.
6. Check the stitches to make sure they are correct and
adjust tension (tighter) if necessary.
7. Adjust the tension control of the roller so that the
desired nish can be obtained.
a. Tighter tension of the roller gives more elasticity of
the fabric after it is sewn.
b. Weaker tension of the roller gives less elasticity of
the fabric.
8. When the right side of elastic is not even with right
side of fabric, remove the stitch nger (A) or change it
to stitch nger (B). Decrease the number of overedge
cutting width dial.
Three threads overlock with right needle or left needle is
recommendable in accordance with the size of elastic.

PICIORUŞ PENTRU ELASTIC
Acest picioruş adăugător poate fi folosit ca un lineal a
elasticului, în acelaş timp el întinde elasticul, construcţia
cu o rolă montată Vă permite să controlaţi întinderea
elasticului în procesul lucrului.
1. Înlocuiţi picioruşul obişnuit cu picioruş pentru elastic.
2. Fixaţi lungimea tighelului la „4”.
3. Ridicaţi puţin rola pe picioruş, aşezaţi elasticul sub
picioruş, cum e arătat pe des. pînă la urmă.
4. Coaseţi elasticul la o distanţă de 3 cm, convingeţi-Vă,
ce este cusut.
5. Băgaţi ţesătura sub picioruş şi coaseţi împreună cu
elasticul.
6. Verificaţi calitatea tighelării, dacă e necesar, reglaţi
tensionarea ( măriţi).
7. Schimbaţi presiunea rotiţei în aşa mod, ca să primiţi un
rezultat dorit
a) La mărirea tensionării rotiţei ţesătura după coasere
va mai elastică.
b) La slăbirea tensionării rotiţei ţesătura după coasere
va mai puţin elastică.
8. Dacă marginea dreaptă a elasticului nu se îndreaptă
după marginea dreaptă a materialului, împingeţi
degeţelul (A) sau schimbaţi-l cu degeţelul (B). În
conformitate cu mărimea elasticului se recomandă
overlock cu 3 re şi cu 2 ace.
