COOLING SYSTEM
RADIATOR REMOVAL
1.Remove:
• Air filter
• Carburetor assembly
Refer to chepter 6 "CABURETOR"
2.Drain:
• Radiator
Refer to chapter 3 "COOLANT REPLACEMENT"
3.Remove:
• Hose
• Radiator assembly.
INSPECTION
1.Inspect:
• Radiator core
Obstruction → Blow out with compressed air
through rear of the radiator.
Flattened fin → Repair/Remplace.
2.Inspect:
• Radiator hoses
Cracks/Damage → Replace
3.Inspect:
• Coolant tank
Cracks/Damage → Replace
INSTALLATION
Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedure.
Refer to the chapter 2 " CABLE ROUTING"
