Assembly

STEP 6

1. Attach the Pulley Bracket (#16) to the Top Plate (#34).

2. Attach the Cable (#41) to the Pulley Bracket (#16), and go through two 4.5" Pulley,

two 3.5" Pulley using:

one M10*50 HHB (#73)

two Φ11* 20*2 Flat Washers (#82)

one M10 Nylon lock Nuts (#86)

one 3.5" Pulley (#40)

3. Attach twor 3.5" Pulley (#40) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

two M10*50 HHB (#73)

four 11* 20*2 Flat Washers (#82)

two M10 Nylon lock Nuts (#86)

4. Attach two 4.5" Pulley (#39), one Left Pulley Shroud (#112), one Right Pulley

Shroud (#113) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

four M10*50 HHB (#73)

eight 11* 20*2 Flat Washers (#82)

four M10 Nylon lock Nuts (#86)

5. Attach the Cable (#41) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

two M4*15 SHCS (#76)

Note: Wrench Tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
