Assembly

1. Attach two Adjustable Foot Plate (#28) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1).

2. Attach two Adjustable Foot plates (#28) to the Main Frame (#2).

3. Attach the Upper Cross Link Weldment (#3), the Bottom Cross Brace (#4) to the

Weight Stack Frame (#1), the Main Frame (#2), using:

● four M10*135 HHB (#58)

● two M10*75 HHB (#101)

● two M10*100 HHB (#60)

● sixteen Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#73)

● eight M10 Nylon lock Nuts (#75)

Note: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
