Assembly

1. Attach two Adjustable Foot Plates (#16) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1).

2. Attach the Main Bracket (#10) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

● three Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washers (#80) ● three M12*65 HHB (#132)

3. Attach one Flange (#11) to the Main Bracket (#10) using:

● two M12*35 HHB (#68) ● four Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washers (#80)

● two M12 Nylon Lock Nuts (#86)

4. Insert the Main Shaft (#17) to the Flange (#11).

5. Attach the Adjustable Cam (#7), the Movement Arm (#4) and the Φ32*Φ25*5

Washer (#31) to the Main Shaft (#17).

6. Attach another Flange (#11) to the Main Shaft (#17), then attach it to the Bottom

Cross Brace (#3) using:

● two M12*80 HHB (#70) ● four Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washers (#80)

● two M12 Nylon Lock Nuts (#86)

7. Attach the Bottom Cross Brace (#3) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

● two M10*100 HHB (#60) ● two M10*25 HHB (#64)

● six Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#83) ● two M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#85)

8. Attach two Φ50*Φ10.5*8 Aluminum End Caps (#23) to the Main Shaft (#17), using:

● one M10*30 FHCS (#58) ● one M10*75 FHCS (#59)

Tighten four M8*8 Socket Set Screws (#74) in two Flange (#11).

9. Attach the Swing Tube (#9) to the Movement Arm (#4) using:

● one Φ50*Φ10.5*8 Aluminum End Cap (#23) ● one M10*30 FHCS (#58)

Note: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
