Assembly

STEP 6

1. Attach the Seat Pad Plate (#12) to the Main Frame (#2) using:

● two M10*25 FHCS (#57) ● two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#83)

● two M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#85)

2. Attach the Seat Pad (#47)) to the Main Frame (#2) and the Seat Pad Plate (#12)

using:

● four M10*30 HHB (#65) ● four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#83)

3. Attach the Seat Pad (#46) to the Main Frame (#2) using:

● two M10*80 HHB (#67) ● two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#83)

4. Attach two Arm Pads (#45) to the Left Cross Brace (#5) and the Right Cross Brace

(#6) using:

● four M10*30 HHB (#65) ● four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#83)

5. Attach the Long Foam (#48) to the Swing Tube (#9) using:

● two Φ90*Φ51.2*8.5 Big Collar (#24) ● one Φ65.6*Φ51.2*12.7 Big Collar (#25)

Tighten two 10-32*6.4 Socket Set Screws (#79) in Big Collar (#25).

Note: Wrench Tighten Bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
