Method:
1. Mix group 1 together in a separate bowl.
2. Sieve group 2 together in a second bowl.
3. Combine groups 1 and 2 together until mixed.
4. Pour mixture into bread pan.
Mixed fruitcake

Method: Follow method given for madeira cake mix.

RECIPES FOR CAKE (18)
Important: The cakes produced in this breadmaker will not rise to ll the pan
completely, they will be approximately 55mm (2‘‘) tall. The standard cake is
a Madeira type which is moist, rich and dense in texture. Adjustments to the
recipe may be required for personal taste – less butter and sugar to reduce
the richness, less water and/or eggs to reduce moisture.
Variations
