14 Configure VLAN settings on the ONT UNI port: click VLAN > New. Configure VLAN flow settings for

the subscriber port on the remote ONT as follows:

• Active: turn the VLAN flow setting rule on or off on the UNI port (active in this example).

• Uniport Vlan ID: The UNI VLAN of traffic (100 in this example) to which to apply this

command's QoS ingress profile and AES encryption settings.

• Network VLAN ID: the Network Node Interface (NNI) VID, none in this example. Use a

number different from the UNI VLAN to apply VLAN translation.

• Ingress Profile: the QoS ingress profile to apply to the VLAN’s traffic, Ingress-test in this

example.

• AES Encrypt: enable or disable AES encryption (disabled in this example).
