DA-683 XPE User's Manual System Recovery
Step 3: Change the BIOS Settings
NOTE If you have already installed a CompactFlash card in the DA-683-XPE, remove this CompactFlash card before
starting recovery.
Insert the USB disk on any USB port of the DA-683-XPE, and then you need to change the BIOS settings to boot
from USB disk. Turn on the computer and press DEL to enter the BIOS setup menu. Select Hard Disk Boot
Priority and press Enter.
Select USB disk and then press “+” to make it the first boot device. Warning: Incorrect boot disk priority
will lead to recovery failure.
