52 Garantie
Voor dit product geven we vanaf de dag van aankoop 24 maanden garantie op gebreken,
die te herleiden zijn tot productie- of materiaalfouten.
Garantieclaims volgens §439 ff. BGB-E blijven hiervan van kracht.
Onder de garantie vallen niet de schaden die door onjuiste behandeling of ingebruikname
ontstaan zijn, zoals gebreken die de functie of de waarde van het apparaat slechts gering
beïnvloeden. Verder zijn aan slijtage onderhevige onderdelen, transportschade zo lang wij
deze niet te verantwoorden hebben, als ook schaden, die door niet door ons verrichtte
reparaties ontstaan zijn, uitgesloten van aanspraak op garantieclaim.
Dit apparaat is vervaardigd voor huishoudelijk gebruik (kleinverbruik) en voorzien van een
overeenkomstig vermogen.
Een eventueel gebruik voor bedrijfsdoeleinden valt alleen onder de garantie, als de mate
van gebruik te vergelijken is met het gebruik in een particulier kleinhuishouden. Het is niet
voor de verdere bedrijfsdoeleinden bestemd.
Bij rechtmatige reclamaties zullen wij het defecte apparaat naar ons bevinden repareren of
tegen een apparaat vrij van gebreken omwisselen.
Zichtbare defecten moeten binnen 14 dagen na levering aangetoond worden. Verdere
claims zijn uitgesloten.
Stelt u zich voor het indienen van een garantieclaim en het terugsturen van uw apparaat
via onderstaand adres (altijd met bewijs van koop!) met ons in verbinding.
