PRECAUÇÃO
Para desconectar o aparelho da fonte de alimentação principal.
• Este aparelho tem de ser ligado à rede eléctrica através de um interruptor com uma separação de contacto de pelo
menos 3 mm.
Deve utilizar um fusível de instalação (qualquer tipo pode ser utilizado) para a linha de fornecimento de
energia deste aparelho de ar condicionado.
Instalação
• Instale o tubo de drenagem para uma drenagem correcta. Uma drenagem inadequada pode causar inundações na
casa e molhar a mobília.
• Conecte o aparelho de ar condicionado a um fornecimento de energia exclusivo com a voltagem indicada, caso
contrário a unidade poderá avariar-se ou provocar um incêndio.
• Certifique-se de que a unidade exterior esteja fixada na base. Caso contrário, podem ocorrer acidentes como a
queda das unidades ou outros problemas.
Funcionamento
• Não utilize este aparelho de ar condicionado para fins especiais, tais como conservação de alimentos, instrumentos
de precisão, objectos de arte, criação de animais de estimação, carro, embarcação, etc.
• Não toque nos interruptores com o dedo molhado, caso contrário pode apanhar um choque eléctrico.
• Caso o ar condicionado não seja utilizado durante um longo período de tempo, desligue o interruptor principal ou o
disjuntor para segurança.
• Para fazer com que o ar condicionado funcione tal como previsto, opere-o dentro do nível de temperatura
especificado nas instruções. Caso contrário, pode causar avarias ou derrames de águas na unidade.
• Evite o derrame de qualquer líquido para dentro do controlador remoto. Não derrame sumo, água ou qualquer
líquido.
• Não lave o ar condicionado. Fazer isso pode resultar em choques eléctricos.
• Verifique se a base de instalação e outros equipamentos não sofreram deteriorações após a utilização durante um
longo período de tempo. Deixá-los em tais condições pode resultar na queda da unidade e provocar ferimentos.
• Não deixe sprays inflamáveis ou outros materiais inflamáveis perto do ar condicionado, e não borrife um aerossol
inflamável directamente sobre o ar condicionado. Isso pode causar um incêndio.
• Certifique-se de desligar o aparelho de ar condicionado e o disjuntor de circuito antes da limpeza.
Caso contrário, isso pode resultar em ferimentos, pois a ventoinha está a girar a alta velocidade dentro do aparelho.
• Solicite a limpeza do ar condicionado ao revendedor.
Limpar o ar condicionado de maneira inadequada pode causar danos às partes de plástico, falha de isolamento das
peças eléctricas ou outras peças, e resultar num mau funcionamento. No pior dos casos, isso pode resultar em
vazamento de água, choque eléctrico, emissão de fumaça ou incêndio.
• Não coloque um recipiente de água como um vazo, por exemplo, sobre o aparelho.
A água pode infiltrar-se no aparelho e isso pode causar a deterioração do isolamento eléctrico e resultar em choques
eléctricos.
• Não lave os aparelhos de ar condicionado com máquinas de lavar a pressão. As fugas eléctricas podem provocar
chiques eléctricos ou incêndios.
