Windows 10 operating system upgrade option
This option is ordered after purchasing the oscilloscope to install the Windows 10 operating system.
Upgrade option name Description
SUP5-WIN A solid state drive with the Windows 10 operating system. Simply install the SSD in the drive
port located on the bottom of the 5 Series MSO oscilloscope, and the instrument powers up to
Windows 10 operating system and runs the oscilloscope application.
The option can be installed on any 5 Series MSO instrument; it is not tied to a specific
instrument.
Option SUP5-WIN will not work on a 6 Series MSO instrument.
SUP6-WIN A solid state drive with the Windows 10 operating system. Simply install the SSD in the drive
port located on the bottom of the 6 Series MSO oscilloscope, and the instrument powers up to
Windows 10 operating system and runs the oscilloscope application.
The option can be installed on any 6 Series MSO instrument; it is not tied to a specific
instrument.
Option SUP6-WIN will not work on a 5 Series MSO instrument.
NOTE. Option SUP6-WIN cannot be installed on a 5 Series MSO instrument.
Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG) (optional)
This option adds a 50 MHz AFG function to your oscilloscope.

■
Maximum sample rate: 250 MS/s
■
Arbitrary function record length: 128K samples
