Press the
button or on the display to make the display lighter or darker in five stages.
The camera is equipped with nine infrared LEDs, so that a good picture can be transmit-
ted even in the dark. The built-in photo sensor detects when the light surrounding the
camera is too dim. In this case, the LEDs are automatically activated.
Turn the volume control up or down in order to increase or reduce the receiver volume on
the monitor.
The sound intensity is also pictured using an LED light band so that the device can also
be used by the hard of hearing or the deaf.

10 Good to know about the baby monitor
Battery operation of theš baby monitor minimises electrosmog from electrical and magnetic
alternating fields.
You can increase the range of the baby monitor by positioning the camera as high up as š
possible near a door or window and ensuring that the batteries are not too weak.
Other radio waves may interfere with the transmission of the baby monitor. Therefore, do not š
position the baby monitor near devices such as microwaves, WLAN, etc.
The following other factors can interfere with the baby monitor's transmission or shorten its š
range: furniture, walls, houses, trees, environmental factors (such as fog and rain).
