2.3.3 Print Security Considerations
z On the printer language processing subsystem level, only data in a legal format can be processed. If illegal data
is received from the external I/F, processing halts and an error is returned.
z When the print mode is set for Locked Print, in order to print image data stored on the disk the correct password
must be entered from the operation panel.
z It could be possible to download illegal data, but on the printer language processing subsystem level only data in
the legal format can be processed. Data another process cannot be executed as a program.
