1.9 Installation
Selecting an Installation Site.
The unit can be place on a flat surface such as a desk.
<To place on a desk>
Select a wall, shelf or floor that is sturdy enough to support the unit.
The unit weighs 6.9 kg.
Select a location that blows air across the entire room.
For installation tips, see “Tips for appropriate use” page 6.
How to Mount on Walls
1. Fit the power cable snugly in the cable rest. Also, bundle
up any excess cable with a tie band.
2. To prevent falling in the event of an earthquake, the unit
can be rigged with a safety wire as shown below.
