SafETY ElEmENTS

All our products are provided with a multiple safety system:

1)Digitallycontrolledelectroniccircuit.

The control unit was specically designed and exhaustively tested to

guarantee the highest safety standards.

Thanks to its exclusive high-precision electronic circuit, the control unit

maintains the temperature of the heating element constant, as well as

ensures the correct operation of the product. If a aw such as excessive

temperature is detected, the control unit will immediately switch off the

heating element. If this happens, all the LED indicators of the control unit

will start ashing simultaneously. In this case, unplug the product from the

mains and take it to an authorized service centre.

2)Automatichightemperaturetimer.

Excessively long use of the product running at a high temperature may

produce skin burns. It is not recommendable to set the control unit at the

highest temperature level for more than one hour. Since the footwarmer

easily reach high temperatures, it is provided with a safety function that

limits the period of time the footwarmer can run at a high temperature

setting. If a high temperature setting is selected and during the following

100 minutes the button of the controller is not pushed, the system will

automatically drop the setting down to the lowest level (level 1), which

will be reected by the corresponding LED indicator. If you want to

increase the temperature, proceed to push the button of the controller

until the desirable setting is found.

3)SafetyAUTO-OFF.

To maximize safety when using the product, an additional safety switch

off function has been incorporated into every control unit. This function

sets a maximum period of time for which the product can operate

continuously. The period is set for 2 hours for the footwarmer. When

these periods have elapsed, and if the control button has not been

pushed in the meantime, the product will switch off automatically. This

reduces the risk to the user of spending too much time in contact

with the heating element, as well as the risk of leaving the product

in operation unnecessarily. When the safety AUTO-OFF function is

activated, the heating element is switched off and the LED indicators

of the controller go off. To restart the product push the control unit

button.

4)Safetyheatingelements.

The heating elements of all our products use double-wounded wiring

with an integrated internal sensor element. They boast an especial

technology that prevents hot spots and makes impossible the overheating

of the element. If, through a product failure or improper use, the product

reaches or exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the heating

element will be automatically switched off, thus avoiding the risk of skin

burns or re.
