Instructions d installation Étape 2 Installation de l unité à conduits étroits A Déterminez et marquez la position d installation de l unité à conduits Installez la quincaillerie nécessaire pour monter les tiges filetées Choisissez toujours un endroit suffisamment solide pour soutenir l unité à conduits étroits E Alésez l intérieur et l extérieur de la tubulure de réfrigérant où une coupe a été faite Usez de précautions pour empêcher que des particules de cuivre ne s introduisent dans la tubulure Installez les raccords coniques de l usine sur la tubulure de réfrigérant à l aide d un outil à évaser pour R 410A SEULEMENT Appliquez une petite quantité d huile pour réfrigérant sur l arrière des raccords coniques et les filetages Serrez les raccords coniques avec une clé dynamométrique et une clé d appoint aux couples de serrage qui figurent dans le manuel d installation de l unité extérieure B Installez les tiges filetées sur la quincaillerie fixée à la structure C Soulevez l unité à conduits et placez les tiges filetées dans les 4 brides de montage une à chaque coin de l unité F Raccordez la flexible d évacuation gris fourni avec l unité à conduits sur le tuyau d évacuation de la pompe à condensais de l unité à conduits Serrez la bride fermement À l aide d un tuyau PVC 3 4 po raccordez le flexible au système d évacuation du condensât du bâtiment D À l aide d un niveau ajustez les écrous sur les tiges filetées pour obtenir une lecture de niveau d un côté à l autre et d avant en arrière sur l unité à conduits 22 31 5COCO 9
