Vibration level
The vibration emission level stated in this instruction
manual has been measured in accordance with
a standardised test given in EN 60745; it may be
used to compare one tool with another and as a
preliminary assessment of exposure to vibration
when using the tool for the applications mentioned

DESCRIPTION (FIG. A)
Your angle grinder has been designed for grinding
and cutting masonry and steel.

ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, always switch off the
machine and remove the mains plug from
the mains.
Mounting and removing the guard & grinding
disc (fig. B)
Do not use the machine without the guard.
Mounting
• Place the machine on a table with the spindle
(3) facing upwards.
• Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and
remove the flange (7) using the flange key (8).
• If necessary, remove the grinding disc (9).
• Remove the flange (10).
• Mount the guard (4). Secure the guard (4) by
tightening the screw (11) and the nut (12).
• Mount the flange (10).
• If necessary, mount the grinding disc (9).
• Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and
mount the flange (7) using the flange key (8).
Removing
• Place the machine on a table with the spindle
(3) facing upwards.
• Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and
remove the flange (7) using the flange key (8).
• If necessary, remove the grinding disc (9).
• Remove the flange (10).
• Remove the guard (4) by loosening the screw
(11) and the nut (12).
• Mount the flange (10).
• If necessary, mount the grinding disc (9).
• Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and
mount the flange (7) using the flange key (8).

Mounting
• Tighten the auxiliary grip (6) into one of the
mounting holes (13).

- Ein rückschlag ist die plötzliche reaktion auf eine eingeklemmte hängende oder verdrehte schleifscheibe dies führt dazu dass sich die maschine hebt und aus dem werkstück in richtung benutzer heraus bewegt falls die schleifscheibe klemmt oder im schnitt festhängt blockiert sie und die maschine wird mit hoher geschwindigkeit zum benutzer zurückgetrieben falls die schleifscheibe im schnitt verdreht wird kann sich die hinterkante der schleifscheibe in die oberfläche des werkstücks graben wodurch die schleifscheibe aus dem schnitt herausklettert und in richtung benutzer zurückschnellt 10
- Schleifscheibe versteckte leitungen oder das netzkabel berühren könnte falls die schleif scheibe einen spannungsführenden draht berührt können die freiliegenden metallteile der maschine ebenfalls spannungsführend werden gefahr eines stromschlags verwenden sie die maschine nicht während sie sie an ihrer seite tragen gefahr von personenverletzungen verwenden sie die maschine nicht auf werkstücken bei denen eine maximale schleiftiefe erforderlich ist die die maximale schleiftiefe der schleifscheibe überschreitet verwenden sie kein zubehör bei dem flüssige kühlmittel erforderlich sind gefahr eines stromschlags verwenden sie die maschine nicht in der nähe von brennbaren materialien brandgefahr bearbeiten sie keine asbesthaltigen materialien asbest wird als krebserregend eingestuft bearbeiten sie kein metall mit einem magnesiumanteil von mehr als 80 seien sie sich darüber im klaren dass die schleifscheibe nach dem abschalten der maschine noch etwas nachläuft versuchen sie nicht die schleifsc 10
