• To avoid damages, transport the unit in original
package only.
• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of chil-
dren and disabled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE
ONLY
BEFORE USING THE UNIT
After unit transportation or storage at low temper-
ature, do not switch it on, let it warm up to room
temperature.
• Wash the attachments that will contact products with
warm water and a neutral detergent and dry them
thoroughly before use.
• Wipe the motor unit (3), the geared lid (10) and the
whisk gear (11) with a soft slightly damp cloth and
then wipe them dry.
Attention!
• Do not immerse the motor unit (3), the whisk
gear (11), the geared lid (10), the power cord
and the power plug into water or any other liq-
uids.
• Do not put the attachments and bowls in a dish-
washing machine.
CONTINUOUS OPERATION TIME
• Continuous operation time while working with the
blender attachment should not exceed 30 seconds,
it should not exceed 2 minutes while using the whisk,
and it should not exceed 20-30 seconds while using
the chopper.
• Make at least a 2-3 minute break between opera-
tion cycles.
USING THE BLENDER ATTACHMENT
WARNING: Before assembling and installing
attachments, make sure that the power plug is not
inserted into the mains socket.
• Attach the blender attachment (1) to the motor unit
(3), a click of the lock (2) shows that the attachment
is set properly.
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the bowl
with products that you want to chop/mix; you can
use the measuring cup (13) for it.
• To switch the unit on, press and hold the button
(4). Set the required rotation speed of the blender
attachment (1) using the control knob (6). Use this
operation mode for mixing liquid products.
• If you press and hold the turbo mode button (5), the
unit will operate at maximum rotation speed. Use this
operation mode for combined processing of liquid
and hard products.
Notes
– Products should be put into the bowl before the unit
is switched on.
– The amount of processed products should not
exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the bowl in which they
are processed.
– Before starting to chop/mix, we recommend to peel
fruit, remove inedible parts, such as stones, and cut
fruit into cubes approximately 2х2 cm in size.
• After you finish using the unit, take the power plug
out of the mains socket and remove the blender
attachment (1), pressing the attachment release
button (2).
Attention!
– Do not remove the blender attachment (1) dur-
ing operation.
– To avoid damaging the blades, do not process
too solid products such as cereals, rice, spices,
coffee beans, cheese and frozen products.
– When you use the blender attachment and the
products are hard to chop, add some water,
liquor or juice, if it is possible.
USING THE WHISK
Use the whisk attachment (12) only for beating cream,
making biscuit dough or for mixing ready desserts.
WARNING: Before assembling, make sure that the
power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
• Insert the whisk (12) into the gear (11).
• Attach the whisk gear (11) to the motor unit (3), a
click of the lock (2) shows that the gear (11) is set
properly.
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Sink the whisk (12) into the bowl with products.
• To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (4).
Set the required rotation speed of the whisk attach-
ment (12) using the control knob (6). Use this opera-
tion mode for mixing liquid products.
• If you press and hold the turbo mode button (5), the
unit will operate at maximum rotation speed.
• After you finish using the unit, take the power plug
out of the mains socket, disconnect the whisk (12)
from the gear (11) and disconnect the gear (11)
from the motor unit (3) by pressing the attachment
release button (2).
Attention!
– Do not use the whisk (12) to make tight dough.
– Put the products into the bowl before switch-
ing the unit on.
Using the mini-chopper
The chopper is used to chop meat, cheese, onion,
herbs, walnuts, almond, vegetables and fruit.
Attention!
Do not chop very solid products, such as nutmegs,
coffee beans, cereals and ice.
Before you start chopping: cut meat, cheese, onion,
vegetables and fruit into cubes approximately 2x2 cm
in size;
• remove stems of herbs, shell nuts; remove bones,
sinews and cartilage from meat.
CHOPPING
Caution:
The blades of the chopping knife are very sharp!
Always hold the chopping knife by the plastic
end.
