Oil change:
Î Ready a catch bin for appr. 1 Liter oil.
Î Turn out the oil drain screw.
Î Drain the oil in a collection basin.
Î Turn out the oil drain screw.
Î Slowly fill in new oil until the "MAX" mark-
ing on the oil dipstick.
Note
Air pockets must be able to leak out.
For oil type refer to technical specifica-
tions.
Carry out maintenance tasks to the engine
according to the specifications provided in
the operating instructions of the engine man-
ufacturer.
Warning
Risk of damage! Freezing water in the appli-
ance can destroy parts of the appliance.
Store the appliance in a heated room during
winter or empty it. During longer breaks in
operation, it is advisable to pump in anti-frost
agents into the appliance.
Î Screw off water supply hose and high
pressure hose.
Î Operate device for max. 1 minute until
the pump and conduits are empty.
Note
Observe handling instructions of the anti-
freeze agent manufacturer.
Î Pump in conventional frost protection
agents through the appliance.
A certain corrosion protection is achieved
with this as well.
Î Park the machine on an even surface.
Î Connect air pressure testing device to
tyre valve.
Î Check air pressure and adjust if re-
quired.
Î Set air pressure for the front and rear
tyres at max. 1.5 bar.
Follow operating instructions of the engine
manufacturer!
Operating speed of the engine is too low
Î Check operating speed of the engine (re-
fer to technical data).
Wrong nozzle
Î Check nozzle for correct size (see tech-
nical specifications).
Nozzle is blocked/ washed out
Î Clean/ replace nozzle.
Sieve in the water connection is dirty
Î Clean sieve.
Fine filter is dirty
Î Clean the fine filter.
Air within the system
Î Appliance ventilation:
Amount of water supply is too low.
Î Check water supply level (refer to techni-
cal data).
Pipe inlets to pump are leaky or blocked
Î Check all inlet pipes to the pump.
Pump leaky
Note
3 drops/minute are allowed.
Î With stronger leak, have device checked
by customer service.
Inlet pipes to the pump are leaky.
High-pressure pump
Dispose of old oil ecologically or turn it in
at a collection point.

Frost protection
Drain water
Flush device with anti-freeze agent
Check the tyre pressure
Troubleshooting
Appliance is not running
Device is not building up pressure
High pressure side is leaky
High pressure pump is vibrating
