AllBlacklineXsystemshavethreadedinsertsratedforflowninstallations.AllBlacklineXFullRangeenclosureshaveM8threaded
insertsandallBlacklineXSubshaveM10inserts.Mostcommonlytheseareusedinconjunctionwithshoulderedeyebolts for
suspendingthecabinetsusingappropriatelyratedchainorsteelwire.MartinAudio'sHTK00003(M8)andHTK0
0004(M10)are
ratedforuseinflownapplications.NotethatifyouplantousealternativeeyeboltsthesemustbeshoulderedcaststeelNOT
formedsteeltypescommonlyavailablefromDIYstores.Theymusthaveasafeworkingloadratingcompatiblewiththeweight
ofthecabinets.
TheCDDLiveenclosurescanbeflownin'Portrait'or'landscape'format,notethatthedrivermustberotatedwhenthecabinet
isusedinlandscapemode,pleaseseethecha
pterongrilleremovalanddriverrotation.
Werecommendusingaminimumoffoureyeboltswithwhichtosuspendthecabinetirrespectiveofwhichorientationisused.
Inmostapplicationstwoeyeboltsareusedastheprimarysupportleftandright.Athirdattachestotherearofthecabinetand
isusedtoadjustthe down‐tilt of the cabinet asrequired.Thefourtheyeboltisusedtoattacha secondary safety line wh
ich
shouldbeattachedtoasecuremountingpointwhichisindependentoftheprimaryflyingpoint‐roundagirderorsimilar.
