HAND BLENDER
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
SAFETY:
Please read the instructions carefully and
completely before using the appliance.
1. The blades are very sharp! Handle with care.
2. Always unplug the appliance before
assembling, disassembling, cleaning.
3. Before plugging into a socket, check whether
your voltage corresponds to the rating label
of the appliance.
4. Don’t let children play with this appliance.
5. Don’t let the motor unit, cord, or plug get
wet.
6. Never use a damaged appliance. If it has
been damaged, please get it to approved
service centre, checked or repaired.
7. Don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of
the table or worktop or touch hot surface.
8. Remove the blade emptying the bowl/jug.
9. Don’t plug the appliance into the power
supply until it is fully assembled and always
unplug before disassembling the appliance
or handle the blade.
10. The appliance is constructed to process
normal household quantities.
11. Switch o the appliance before changing
accessories or approaching parts which
move in use.
12. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
14. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualied persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
15. Only use your hand blender for its intended
domestic use.
16. Repairs and other work undertaken on
the unit must only be done by authorised
specialist personnel!
Close supervision is necessary when
appliance used near children.
This appliance shall not be used by children.

IMPORTANT:
Short-time operating: use the appliance
for no longer than 60 sec with soft foods
and no longer than 10 sec with hard foods.
Leave the appliance to cool down for at least
1-2 minutes before using again.
Cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces
(1-2 cm) before putting them in the blender
cup.
Before plugging in:
Make sure your electricity supply is the same
as the one shown on the power handle.
Before using for the rst time:
Remove all packaging and throw away the
blade covers.
Wash the parts: see „Cleaning.

TO USE THE HAND BLENDER:
You can blend baby food, soups, sauces, milk
shakes and mayonnaise.
FOR SAUCEPAN BLENDING:
Fit the motor unit (3) inside the blender rod
(4), turn and lock.
Plug in. To avoid splashing, place the blender
rod (4) in the food before switching on.
Hold the beaker steady. Then press either
speed button (2a or 2b). Use speed 1 (2a) for
slower blending and to reduce splashing.
Speed 1 (2a) allows you to adjust the speed
(1) to nd the suitable level.
Don’t let liquid get above the joint between
the motor unit (3) and blender rod (4).
Move the blender rod (4) through the food
by a slowly up and down in cycles to blend
the ingredient.
If your blender gets blocked, unplug before
cleaning.
After use, unplug and dismantle.
CLEANING:
Add water into the cup, then operate the
appliance follow the “using 20-30 seconds.
Attention: Never immerses the power head in
the water or other liquid.
Always switch o and unplug before
cleaning.
Don’t touch the sharp blades.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
Components that have come into contact
with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
Take special care when preparing food for
babies, the elderly and inrm. Always ensure
that the hand blender shaft is thoroughly
sterilized. Use a sterilizing solution in
accordance with the sterilizing solution
manufacturers instructions.
Some foods, eg. Carrot, may discolour the
plastic. Rubbing with a cloth dipped in
vegetable oil helps remove discolouring.
