Assembly

Here is the assembly instruction for 200LBS Weights !

200LBS Weight

STEP 4

1. Attach:

● two Guide Rod (#26) ● two Φ63.5*Φ19*25.4 Weight Rubber Bumper (#53)

● ten Weight Plate 15LBS (#43) ● three Weight Plate 10LBS (#42)

● two Weight Plate 5LBS (#41) ● one Top Plate (#47)

to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

● two M8*30 HHB (#103) ● two Φ8 Spring Washers (#125)

● two Φ9*Φ22*1.6 Flat Washer (#126) ● two Φ29*Φ19*10 Rubber Plug (#124)

2. Attach the Selector Pin W/Coil (#49) & eight Button (#51) to the Top Plate (#47).

Note: Wrench Tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
