Assembly

1. Attach two Adjustable Foot Plate (#9) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1).

2. Attach one Adjustable Foot plate (#9) to the Front Cross Frame (#2).

3. Attach two Adjustable Foot plate (#9) to the Seat Frame (#4).

4. Attach the Front Cross Frame (#2) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

two M10*100 HHB (#60) four 11* 20*2 Flat Washers (#80)

two M10 Nylon lock Nuts (#77)

5. Attach the Seat Frame (#4) to the Front Cross Frame (#2) using:

two M10*135 HHB (#57) four 11* 20*2 Flat Washers (#80)

two M10 Nylon lock Nuts (#77)

6. Attach the Top Cross Frame (#5) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) & the Seat Frame

(#4) using:

two M10*75 HHB (#120) two M10*135 HHB (#57)

six 11* 20*2 Flat Washers (#80) two M10 Nylon lock Nuts (#77)

Note: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
