ficient use of the appliance.
We urge you to read the “Important Safeguards”
section and also follow all detailed instructions
even if you are familiar with a similar appliance.

IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
When using electrical appliances, in order to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or in-
jury to persons, the following safety precautions
should be followed:
Before using the appliance for the first time, •
make sure that your home electricity supply cor-
responds to the operating voltage of the unit.
Use only the accessories supplied with the •
unit.
To protect against the risk of electric shock, •
DO NOT IMMERSE the appliance, the cord or
the plug in water or other liquids.
Wipe the body with a damp cloth.•
Never leave the operating appliance unat-•
tended.
Close supervision is necessary when any ap-•
pliance is used near children or disabled per-
sons.
Switch off and remove the plug from the pow-•
er outlet before assembling, disassembling
or cleaning the appliance.
Do not set the unit on the hot surface or near •
it (gas or electric stove, heated oven).
Carefully handle the power cord.•
Never carry the appliance by the cord.•
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a •
table, or touch hot surfaces.
To unplug the unit, take the plug. Do not pull •
the cord.
Do not connect or disconnect the cord with •
your wet hands. It can lead to electric shock
or an injury.
Do not use the appliance if the plug or the •
cord is damaged, if the unit malfunctions, if it
fell or has other damages.
For repair of the appliance or the power cord •
apply to the authorized service center.
This product is intended for household use •

MEAT MINCER FEATURES
Reverse rotation function
REVERSE function - Reverse speed helps in re-
moving blocks while mincing.
Food tray - The tray provides convenient place-
ment of products.
Two grates with openings of different size
–the grates are intended for different degrees of
mincing.
Special Attachments – are for making of sau-
sages and kebbes.
Overheating protection system – is intended
to protect the electro motor from overheating
and allows prolonging its service life.
ATTENTION!
Always ensure that the bones and unwanted •
fat are removed from the meat before minc-
ing.
Always use the pusher supplied with the unit. •
Never use your fingers or other utensils.
Never immerse the body of the unit into water •
or any other liquids.
When using the Kebbe attachments (17, 18) •
and the sausages attachments (15, 16) do
not put grates (10, 12) and the blade (13).
Do not try to mince material with hard fiber •
(for instance, ginger or horseradish).
To avoid blockages, avoid using excessive •
force while pushing the meat.
