Connecting from an SSH Console
The V2403-LX computer supports an SSH Console to offer users with better security over the network
compared to Telnet.
Windows Users
Click on the link http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html to download PuTTY
(free software) to set up an SSH console for the V2403-LX in a Windows environment. The following screen
shows an example of the configuration that is required.
Linux Users
From a Linux machine, use the ssh command to access the V2403-LX’s console utility via SSH.
# ssh moxa@192.168.3.127
Select yes to open the connection.
