Never insert the plug (rpm) into a different socket

when live! Switch off the supply current before

the plug is inserted or pulled out.

To change sockets, release the 2 screws, after the plug has been

inserted into a different socket, screw the 2 screws tight again.

Switch on current.

6.2 Direction of rotation

- Simple rotation direction check by

press button

(two available);

compare the motor shaft’s direction of rotation with the direction

of rotation stated on the type plate.

- Rotation direction check with screw plug (without press button);

. Depending on the temperature and system

pressure, hot pumping medium can escape in the form of liquid

or steam. There is a risk of scalding. Compare the motor shaft’s

direction of rotation with the direction of rotation stated on

the type plate.

Tighten screw plug again.

Note: If the motor rotates incorrectly, the pump performance

is considerably reduced.

If the direction of rotation is wrong, switch off the power supply

and interchange two phases on the terminals U1, V1, W1

in the terminal box.

6. Commissioning/Operating check

6.1 General remarks

Fill the system correctly and deaerate it.

Only put the pump into operation when the plant has been filled.

Switch on the power supply.

5.2 Power setting

The motor has two speed settings.

The changeover to the other speed is made manually

by inserting the plug into a different socket.

With plug

Type A,

2 speeds can be set manually.

I = low rpm

In the window then appears:

II = high rpm
