8.3.3 Repeat lubrication
1. Clean dirty grease nipples before lubricating them again.
2. Touch the grease gun to the grease nipple.
3. Press the grease into the bearing.
Use 15 g grease per bearing!
8.4 Draining
WARNUNG
Pumped fluid hazardous to health!
Collect and dispose of the pumped fluid properly.
Wear protective clothing if necessary.
In addition the pump must also be neutralised and blow dried with an anhydrous, inert gas if
pumped fluids are used which
– cause corrosion damage when in contact with air humidity.
– ignite when in contact with oxygen.
To drain, remove the plugs from the pump. The plugs can be found in the inlet and outlet areas of the
pump.
The pump must be turned off in order to drain it.

8.5 Disassembling of the pump/unit
DANGER
Danger of injury due to insufficient safeguarding.
Turn the pump/unit off correctly.
Close shut-off valves and additional connections.
Drain the pump.
NOTICE
Disassembling various components from the shaft can be difficult following longer operation times.
Either use suitable extractor devices or commercial rust disolvers.
8.5.1 Preparation
1. Switch the pump off and secure it from being switched on again.
2. Reduce the pressure in the pipe system by opening a consumer.
3. Dismantle additional connections.
