Digital Diversity Receiver NOTE 7 Cautions 1 The antenna installation position has a great influence on the receiver s reception It is recommended to keep the distance as short as possible between the microphone and the receiving antenna 2 Please use a standard MIPRO antenna to assure the sensitivity of the receiver 3 If using external DC power the supply must have a stable voltage rated at up to 1 5 A The voltage cannot be under 11V or the receiver will not function normally It cannot be over 13V or it may cause harm to the internal components or overheat the unit 4 The built in switching the receiver s stability power supply allows operation on 100 240 VAC without affecting 5 The antenna socket provides a bias of 8V Therefore shorting on the antenna socket should be avoided Temporary shorting on the antenna socket will not affect system performance however please be aware that continuous shorting on the antenna socket will cause permanent damage to the system 6 If you require a longer reception distance you can choose from other options to increase the range of your system A MIPRO antenna product e g an extension antenna kit AT 90 and an antenna signal booster AT 70B will substantially increase the reception distance 7 When using a multi channel receiver you will need more antennas If you wish to reduce the number of antennas on the receiver MIPRO s antenna divider AD 707 can meet this requirement 8 Multi channel operation using different interference free multi channel operation within the same group groups may cause please make sure to interference Hence for select different channels 16
