Digital Diversity Receiver 4 ANT Setup and Change of Antenna Status Digital Diversity Receiver 6 ADD Setup and Change of PC Address and Remote Control Frame of ADD indicator starts flashing Q PUSH FOR MODE Q PUSH FOR MODE ACT Rotate the knob to select from one of three options of antenna reception Turn clockwise to change ADD in increasing manner from 1 64 Turn counterclockwise to change EQ setting in decreasing manner from 64 1 A Operating Procedure a Press the rotary knob 8 or 11 to change to the antenna parameter When the ANT frame flashes the antenna is ready for setup b Rotate the knob 8 or 11 in a clockwise direction to select either antenna A or antenna B or a combination of both antennas as illustrated below Push knob again to set the selection Antenna A Antenna B Auto A Operating Procedure a This receiver is equipped with an ACT BUS interface It allows users to use the MIPRO DV interface converter and software sold separately with MIPRO DV for remote PC monitoring It can monitor up to a maximum of 64 channels at the same time b The receiver module address can be set up from 01 to 64 In order to monitor the system remotely each channel must have its own address for individual identification If two or more channels have been assigned to the same address it will cause confusion in the monitoring system If the system is not under PC monitoring repeated addresses will not effect the receivers operation c Switching between antenna A and B is to provide system to receive signals by one antenna This is to provide installation engineer to make proper judgement on antenna installation Hence after installation is completed system should switch back to Auto mode so the system can be full diversity and eliminate interferences c Press the rotary knob 8 or 11 to change to the ADD address parameter When ADD starts flashing the address is ready for setup d Rotate the knob 8 or 11 in a clockwise direction to choose a higher number counterclockwise to select a lower number Press knob again to set the selected ADD 5 EQ Setup and Change of Equalizer Turn clockwise to change EQ setting in increasing manner from 1 9 Turn counterclockwise to change EQ setting in decreasing manner from 9 1 A Operating Procedure a a Press the rotary knob 8 or 11 to change to the EQ parameter When the EQ frame flashes the equalizer is ready for setup b Rotate the knob 8 or 11 in a clockwise direction to choose a higher number counterclockwise to select a lower number Press knob again to set the selected EQ NOTE There are 10 preset EQ s 00 09 and EQ 09 is the only programmable EQ setting Therefore when uploading new EQ parameters from PC to receiver it will be stored in EQ 09 in the receiver 10 11
