Digital Diversity Receiver Digital Diversity Receiver MIPRO s Proprietary ACT Function Operation 2 Part Names and Functions 1 What is ACT ACT stands for Automatic Channel Targeting and is a world first technology from MIPRO ACT allows you to automatically transfer the frequency selected for your receiver to your PLL transmitters automatically quickly and precisely Front Panel 2 ACT Features a No manual adjustment is needed unlike traditional transmitters b Simple fast and precise frequency setting avoids operator errors c Once the frequency has been set the data will be stored in the memory even after powering off until it is changed by performing the ACT function again 3 ACT Set Up Press the ACT button on the receiver panel The ACT indicator will turn on which indicates the ACT function is now activated Locate and point the ACT mark or port on the transmitter towards the ACT button on the receiver and hold the transmitter within 30cm 12 of the receiver When the ACT indicator turns off the RF signal indicator lights up indicating the frequency of the transmitter and the receiver are now synchronized Fig 1 1 Front Antenna A Input Connector Access Allows an optional rear to front antenna for front antenna placement 2 Power Switch Turns internal power supply on or off When switch is turned on the VFD panel will light up 3 Headphone Jack To connect to a stereo headphone in order to monitor the output signal 4 Headphone Volume Control and Channel Selector Push the knob to select the channel you would like to monitor turn the knob to adjust the volume of the stereo headphone 5 Channel Indicator Points out which channel is now being monitoring Press ACT Button Transmitter can automatically lock on receiver frequency 6 9 Receiver Display Color VFD display panel 7 10 ACT Button Enter ACT mode by pressing the ACT button 8 11 Rotary Knob Press and select modes Set up new parameter by rotating the knob clockwise or counterclockwise 12 Front Antenna B Input Connector Access Allows an optional rear to front antenna for front antenna placement 2 3
