Î Switch off the appliance using the On/
Off switch.
Î If necessary, dismantle the accessory
and rinse it with water and let dry.
Note
Empty the vaccum cleaner after every use
and clean only when required.
Î Empty the vacuuming material contain-
er (refer chapter "Emptying vacuuming
material container").
Î Vacuum and wipe the appliance inside
and outside.
Î Place the appliance in a dry room and
secure it from unauthorized use.
Î While vacuuming the appliance, use at
least one vacuum cleaner of the same
or higher classification.
To avoid too much filling of the vacuuming
material container, you need to check it
regularly depending on the type and vol-
ume of the sucked in material.
Î Switch off the appliance and secure it
using the parking brakes at the guide
rollers.
Î Properly insert the cap into the suction
connection.
Î Lift the lock and push the cap in until it
locks into place.
Î Open the vacuuming material container
upward at the lock (see figure).
Î Pull out the vacuuming material con-
tainer from the appliance using the han-
dle that has been provided for the
purpose.
Note
The vacuuming material container needs to
be emptied if it is full until about 3 cm below
the upper rim.
Î After use, close the safety filter bag with
a cable tie and remove it from the vacu-
uming material container.
Î Dispose of the safety filter bag accord-
ing to the local provisions.
Î Clean the container from the insides be-
fore inserting a new safety filter sack.
Î Insert a new safety filter bag into the
vacuuming material container and in-
sert it back into the appliance using the
reverse sequence.
Caution
Risk of injury and damage! Observe the
weight of the appliance when you transport it.
When transporting in vehicles, secure the
appliance according to the guidelines from
slipping and tipping over.
You need to take the following measures
for dust-free transportation of the device:
Î Place the suction hose with attachment
in the delivered transport sack. Close
the transport sack
Î Properly insert the cap into the suction
connection.
Î Lift the lock and push the cap in until it
locks into place.
Caution
Risk of injury and damage! Note the weight
of the appliance in case of storage.
This appliance must only be stored in inte-
rior rooms.
Warning
First remove the mains plug before doing
any job on the vacuum cleaner.
Dust extracting machines are safeguards
for the prevention or elimination of hazards
defined in the regulations of BGV A1.
