Le couple de serrage peut varier en fonction du type ou
de la dimension de la vis/du boulon, du matériau de la
pièce à fixer, etc. Le rapport entre le couple de serrage
et le temps de serrage est donné à la figure.
NOTE:
• La taille de vis à bois que permet de serrer cet outil
peut varier suivant le type de matériau faisant
l'objet du serrage. Effectuez toujours un essai pour
déterminer la taille de vis à bois qu'il est possible
d'utiliser.
Prise de l'outil
Saisissez l'outil uniquement par la poignée lors de son
utilisation.

Tenez votre outil fermement et placez la panne de
l'embout dans la tête de la vis. Appliquez à l'outil une
pression vers l'avant suffisante pour que la panne ne
glisse pas hors de la vis et mettez le contact.
NOTE:
• Utilisez l'embout qui convient à la tête de la vis/du
boulon utilisé(e).
• Quand vous fixez des vis M8 ou plus petites,
réglez délicatement la pression sur la gâchette de
façon à ne pas endommager la vis.
• Tenez votre outil bien droit sur la vis.
• Si vous serrez la vis plus longtemps que le temps
indiqué dans les figures, la vis ou la pointe de
l'embout risque d'être soumise à une force trop
grande et de foirer ou être endommagée, etc.
Avant de commencer votre travail, effectuez
toujours un essai pour connaître le temps de
serrage qui convient à la vis.
Le couple de serrage dépend d'un certain nombre de
facteurs, comme suit. Une fois le serrage terminé,
vérifiez toujours le couple avec une clé
dynamométrique.
1. Embout ou embout à douille
L'utilisation d'un embout ou un embout à douille
de mauvaise dimension entraînera une réduction
du couple de serrage.
2. Boulon
• Même si le coefficient du couple et la
catégorie du boulon sont les mêmes, le couple
de serrage variera en fonction du diamètre de
boulon.
