CHASSIS 7 54 CUSHION LEVER Inspect the spacer for any flaws or other damage Insert the spacer into bearing and check the play to move the spacer up and down If an excessive play is noted replace the bearing with a new one SHOCK ABSORBER Inspect the shock absorber body bearing and oil hose for damage and oil leakage If any defects are found replace the shock absorber with new one CAUTION Do not attempt to disassemble the rear shock absorber unit It is unserviceable SWINGARM PIVOT SHAFT Using a dial gauge check the pivot shaft runout and replace it if the runout exceeds the limit 09900 20606 Dial gauge 1 100 mm 10 mm 09900 20701 Magnetic stand 09900 21304 V block 100 mm Swingarm pivot shaft runout Service Limit 0 3 mm 0 01 in CHAIN BUFFER Inspect the chain buffer for wear and damage If any defects are found replace the chain buffer with a new one
