DATA CONTROLLER D 101 20 11 How to Use the Time Date Card TheTime Date Card cannot be used unless D 101 is equipped with an optional Printer Interface Board This Card is used to set or alter the date and time of day to be printed on the journal with the Printer It can also be used to set a time previously at which the copier is to be turned ON or OFF 1 When the Card is inserted the year month and day are shown 2 When the SHIFT Key is depressed once the time of day is shown 3 When the SHIFT Key is depressed a second time the time to turn copier ON is shown 4 When the SHIFT Key is depressed a third time the time to turn copier OFF is shown A Setting the date and time Before using this Card be sure to depress the Panel Reset Key and then the Interruption Key on the copier control panel to set the copier into the Interruption Mode Otherwise data entry using this Card may not be made properly PANEL RESET 1 Insert the Time Date Card into the Card Insertion Slot until it is automatically taken up and fed in 2 When the Card has been inserted properly the year month and day previously entered appear on the 7 Digit LED Display In the example the date is 6 April 1988 1 NOTE COUNT No setting for leap year can be accommodated 247
