81 3 USING OTHER FUNCTIONS TO MAKE COPIES 3 2 Using the Manual Feed Table Use the Manual Feed Table when you wish to make a small number of copies on paper not loaded in the Drawers transparencies or paper of irregular size Make the necessary control panel settings by following the steps given in BASIC COPYING OVERVIEW Slide the Paper Guides in the Manual Feed Table in or out to match the size of the paper to be used Insert a sheet of paper face up into the Manual Feed Port along the Paper Guides This initiates the copy cycle NOTES e Only one sheet of paper can be fed into the copier at one time Never attempt to feed paper manually while the copier is warming up A paper jam could result Here are the specifications of paper that can be used for manual feed copying Size Regular size A3L B4L A4 B5 A5 B6L L Lengthwise Irregular size Width 297 mm to 100 mm Length 432 mm to 140 mm
