Pump Repair
1. Remove packing nut (104) from fluid cylinder (101).
2. Carefully remove bearings (102) and packing (103)
from the fluid cylinder (101).
3. Replace packing (103) and bearings (102), if neces-
sary. Lubricate prior to reassembly.
4. Reinsert the packing nut (104), packing (103), and
bearings (102) into the fluid cylinder (101). Tighten
hand tight and back off ½ of a turn to prevent dam-
age to packing (103) during reassembly.
Fluid Plunger Repair
1. Disconnect Pump, page 19.
2. Remove the fluid plunger (105).
3. Inspect the fluid plunger (105) for wear or damage,
and replace if necessary.
