• You can change the product cooking time. Press
the “Timer” button (25), and then set the time with
the “HOURS” (23) and “MINUTES” buttons (see
Table 2).
• Press the “Delayed START” button, the “Delayed
start” sign and indication of the chosen mode will
start flashing on the display.
• Press the “HOURS” (23) and “MINUTES” (24) but-
tons to set the cooking end time.
• Press the “Start” button (27) to switch the delayed
start function on, indication and unit operation time
in the chosen mode will be shown on the display,
and “Delayed START” indication of the delayed start
mode.
Example:
If the duration of the chosen program is 30 minutes, and
the dish should be cooked in 3:30, the unit will remain in
standby mode for 3 hours, and cooking time of the set
mode and “Delayed start” mode indication will be shown
on the display. When the cooking start time is reached,
you will hear a sound signal, “Delayed start” indication
will be switched off, countdown of the cooking time will
start and “Timer” indication will appear. The cooking
process will start and it will end up in 30 minutes.
“HOURS” (23) and “MINUTES” (24) buttons
Use the buttons (23) and (24) to set the current
cooking time, cooking time in programmed modes of
the multicooker and to choose the cooking end time in
“Delayed Start” mode.
Current time setting
Press and hold the “HOURS” (23) or “MINUTES” (24)
button for about 3 seconds, there will be a short sound
signal, and digital time value will be flashing on the
display (9).
Set the current time (23 Hr) by consequent pressing or
holding the “HOURS” (23) and “MINUTES” (24) buttons.
To finish time setting press the “START” button (27).
The current time will appear on the display (9) and the
divisional dots “:” will be flashing.
“Timer” Button (25)
This button is intended to enter the cooking time settings
in your chosen program.
“Menu” Button (26)
• Press the button (26) repeatedly to choose one of
the programmed cooking modes: “Yogurt”, “Rice”,
“Steaming”, “Reheat”, “Porridge”, “Roasting”, “Bak-
ing”, “Soup”, “Cereal” or “Stewing”. You can change
the product cooking time. Press the «Timer» button,
and then set the time with the “HOURS” (23) and
“MINUTES” (24) buttons.

Note:
In “Baking” mode do not open the lid till the baking is
finished.
After baking is finished, switch the “Keep warm” mode
off immediately pressing the “Stop/Keep warm” button
(20) so the baked food will not burn.
“Yogurt” mode
Make the tastiest natural yogurt of milk and leaven. Use
yogurt or prebiotics as a leaven, which you can buy at
the pharmacy. Yogurt making recipes in more detail you
can look up in the “Recipe Book”.
1. Pour leaven and milk in proportion 1:10 into the yo-
gurt cups (28) and insert the cups into the bowl (3).
Note:
Use natural yogurt with minimum shelf-life free of
additives and coloring agents as a leaven. You can make
leaven by yourself from special bacteria leaven (you can
find it in a drugstore or in health food stores) following
the instructions attached.
2. Choose the “Yogurt” program, set the cooking time
in the range from 6 to 8 hours.
Attention!
Do not move the unit during its operation.
3. Put a ready yogurt in the refrigerator in order to pre-
vent bacteria growth.
You can add fruits, jam and honey in the ready natural
yogurt.
Dough proofing
Also the temperature mode of this function is perfect for
dough proofing.
Dough proofing is a stage of dough making which
takes place right before baking. During the proofing the
dough ferments intensively, restores its structure and
grows in size significantly. One of the main conditions
