GLOSSARIO / GLOSSARY
Questa funzione, totalmente programmabile, gestisce in modo intelligente
il processo di pulizia dei gruppi erogatori, rendendolo completamente
automatico così da ridurre il tempo dedicato alla pulizia e mantenere sempre
una straordinaria qualità di erogazione.
EASY CLEAN
This totally programmable function provides smart management of the brewing
unit cleaning process, making it completely automatic thus reducing cleaning
time while maintaining the exceptional quality of the brew.
Il laboratorio di ricerca e sviluppo Rancilio LAB ha progettato Hydro Hub, un
innovativo quanto ergonomico sistema per una gestione completa e integrata
del circuito idraulico della macchina per il caè. Si tratta di una soluzione
inedita nel settore dei prodotti professionali per l’espresso, nata con lo
scopo di semplificare lo svolgimento delle operazioni di assistenza tecnica,
garantendo massima facilità e sicurezza degli interventi manutentivi. Hydro
Hub è caratterizzato da un meccanismo esclusivo per un rapido collegamento
di tutta la componentistica idraulica, che consente al tecnico di operare
in assoluta semplicità senza l’ausilio di attrezzi e strumenti meccanici.
Un modulo altamente funzionale che assicura al contempo un immediato
riscontro della corretta connessione delle parti idrauliche. Hydro Hub è
realizzato interamente con un tecnopolimero termoplastico appositamente
pensato per salvaguardare la salute e il benessere dei consumatori.
HYDRO HUB
The Rancilio LAB research and development laboratory has designed Hydro
Hub, an innovative ergonomic system for the comprehensive and integrated
management of the hydraulic circuit for coee machines.
It is an innovative solution in the field of professional products for espresso,
created with the aim of simplifying the performance of technical assistance
operations while ensuring maximum ease and safety during maintenance.
Hydro Hub features a unique mechanism for the quick connection of all hydraulic
components, which allows the technician to operate in absolute simplicity
without the use of tools and mechanical instruments.
It’s a highly functional module that also provides immediate feedback on
the correct connection of hydraulic parts. Hydro Hub is made entirely in a
thermoplastic polymer that is specially designed to safeguard the health and
welfare of consumers.
In Classe 11 è stato previsto un display touch ad altissima sensibilità che
ore in tempo reale un feedback sull’andamento della macchina, segnalando
la singola azione in corso. Al Touch è stata inoltre aancato CAN-bus,
la tecnologia che alimenta e collega tra loro tutte le schede elettroniche
rendendone rapida l’interazione. Un sistema semplice, veloce e immediato.
SMART INTERFACE
Classe 11 has been designed with a highly sensitive touchscreen display providing
real-time feedback on the machine operations, showing each individual action
underway. The touchscreen has also been combined with a CAN-bus, the
technology that powers and interconnects all the electronic boards for fast
interaction. A simple, fast and immediate system.
In Classe 11 il comparto illuminotecnico ore informazioni rapide e facilmente
comprensibili per agevolare al massimo il lavoro del barista. In questo modo il
sistema LED abbina al gradevole fattore estetico anche tutta la funzionalità
che un sistema attentamente studiato può garantire.
LED LIGHTS
The Classe 11 high-tech lighting system provides simple-to-understand
information fast, making the barista’s job even easier. As well as the pleasing
aesthetic eect, the LED lighting delivers all the functions an expertly designed
state-of-the-art system can guarantee.
Il portafiltro è dotato di una nuova impugnatura ergonomica.
Essa è stata studiata per garantire il corretto movimento del polso del barista
per il massimo comfort di utilizzo.
ERGO-FILTER HOLDER
The filter holder is fitted with a new ergonomic handle, designed to ensure the
smooth movement of the barista’s wrist for maximum user comfort.
Per agevolare le operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione, è stato sviluppato un
evoluto piano di lavoro: le griglie di appoggio sono in polimero antigrao ed
estraibili per poter essere lavate comodamente in lavastoviglie.
Grid System grazie all’eciente sistema di raccolta liquidi mantiene il piano di
appoggio pulito, preservando le tazzine da inestetismi dovuti a gocce di caè.
GRID SYSTEM
To make cleaning and maintenance easier, Rancilio has equipped all its products
with a revolutionary work surface: the support grids come in a scratchproof
polymer and can be removed to allow ease of washing in a dishwasher. Thanks
to its ecient liquid collection system, Grid System keeps the work surface clean
and protects cups against unsightly marks left by drops of coee.
Lo scaldatazze, dotato di una speciale resistenza a più ramificazioni, garatisce
una distribuzione uniforme della temperatura su tutto il piano. I cinque livelli
di temperatura sono regolati da un apposito sensore.
CUP WARMER
The cup warmer has a special heating element that guarantees even
temperature distribution right across the grid. The 5 temperature levels are
regulated by a special sensor.
Tutte le macchine Rancilio possono utilizzare l’apposito Kit Adattatore
per cialde e capsule di diversa tipologia, acquistabile separatamente come
componente aggiuntivo. Questo sistema permette di utilizzare svariate
miscele e tipologie di prodotto garantendo sempre un espresso con un aroma
di qualità.
POD & CAPS
All Rancilio coee machines are designed to be used with an Adaptor Kit (sold
separately) for either pods or capsules of various types. This system allows a
variety of blends and product types to be used, always ensuring an espresso with
a quality aroma.
