DDR option
This option adds industry standard DDR measurements, as well as a summary table that displays the most common
measurements, to your 6 Series MSO. You can upgrade an oscilloscope to add this option.
Order this option to upgrade your 6 Series oscilloscope with DDR measurements.
Prerequisites
Requires Advanced Jitter Analysis option (SUP6-DJA).
Upgrade option name Description
SUP6-DBDDR3 Adds the DDR3 measurements, including Overshoot, Undershoot, Voltage crossover, Preamble
timing, Postamble timing, Clock jitter timing, Slew rate, Hold time, Setup time, and more.
A license file to upgrade your oscilloscope will be placed in your Tektronix AMS account. An
email notification will be sent to your registered mail account. Install the license file to enable
the option features.
You can order a floating license that lets you use this option on any instrument (checked out to
one instrument at a time), or an instrument-specific license option.
The instrument-specific option license can only be installed on the oscilloscope for which it was
purchased.
