tCL(abs) is the low pulse width of the differential clock signal. It is the amount of time the waveform remains below the mid

reference voltage level.

tJIT(duty) (DDR)

tJIT(duty) is the largest elapsed time between tCH from tCH(avg) or tCL from tCL(avg) for a 200-cycle window.
