Problem / malfunction Cause / remedy
General (all functions)
The appliance will not start • Are the power cord, plug and socket intact?
• Before checking, unplug the power cord; have all repairs carried
out by authorised specialists
• Is the appliance switched on? ➔ Check
Vacuum cleaning (dry vacuuming)
Dust comes out of the appliance
during vacuuming
• Is the aqua filter system fitted as described in the user manual?
• Is there enough water in the waste water tank? ➔ Check
Suction power gradually decreases • Is the EPA filter clogged? ➔ Clean the EPA filter
• Are the nozzles, suction pipe or hoses blocked by coarse dirt?
➔ Stretch the hose during operation to loosen the blockage;
remove the blockage
• Is the housing cover properly shut? ➔ Check
Suction power is too low • Is the ejector in the suction port clogged? ➔ Disassemble and
clean or rinse out with water
• Is the EPA filter clogged? ➔ Clean the EPA filter
• Are the nozzles, suction pipe or hoses blocked by coarse dirt?
➔ Disassemble and clean
• Is the electronic suction power control set to MIN? ➔ Set the
suction power to MAX
• Is the mechanical suction power control on the handle open?
➔ Close the sliding button on the handle
Numerous water droplets on the
inside of the housing cover
• There is probably too much dust in the aqua filter system
➔ Clean the aqua filter system, change the water

Wet vacuuming
The appliance switches off during
operation
• Is the waste water tank full (float switch triggered)?
➔ Empty it
• Have you tilted or suddenly turned the appliance (float switch
triggered)? ➔ Make sure the appliance is level and switch it
on again.
Water comes out of the exhaust
openings
• Is the float in the waste water tank dirty and stuck, which
means it can no longer respond when the tank is full? ➔ Clean
the float and the tank
An excessive pool of water collects
in the suction chamber (a few drops
are considered normal).
• Are the gaskets and seal faces very dirty? ➔ Clean them
• Did you forget to put in the wet vacuuming insert? ➔ Check

• Gövdedeki kapak doğru olarak takılmadı mı? ➔ kontrol edin
Vakum gücü çok düşük • Emme bağlantı ağzındaki ejektör tıkalı mı? ➔ sökerek temizle-
yin veya su ile yıkayın.
• EPA filtre mi tıkanmış? ➔ EPA filtreyi temizleyin.
• Başlık, vakum borusu veya vakum hortumu kaba pislikle tıkan-
mış mı? ➔ sökün ve temizleyin
• Elektronik vakum gücü ayarı MIN olarak mı ayarlandı?
➔ Vakum gücünü MAX olarak ayarlayın
• Tutamak üzerindeki mekanik vakum gücü ayarı açık mı?
➔ Tutamak üzerindeki sürgü tuşunu kapatın
Cihaz kapağının iç yüzünde çok

(şamandıra devreye girdi mi)? ➔ Cihazı düz bir yere getirin,
cihazı yeniden çalıştırın.
Süpürürken cihazın tahliye delikle-
rinden su çıkıyor
• Pis su kabındaki şamandıra kirlenmiş ve artık çalışmıyor, yani
kap çok dolduğunda artık devreye girmiyor mu? ➔ Şamandıra-
yı ve kabı temizleyin
Vakum odasında anormal büyüklük-
te su birikintisi var (birkaç damla
normaldir)
• Contalar ve sızdırmaz yüzeyler çok kirli mi? ➔ temizleyin
• Yaş temizleme vakum parçası unutuldu mu? ➔ kontrol edin
