3.2 Set-up

• Remove the packaging and dispose of it in an environmentally sound manner.

• Transport the hot water storage tank carefully, using the handles provided.

• Install the hot water storage tank at the installation site. Recommended wall distance of 200 mm must be observed.

3.3 Installation

3.3.1 Scope of delivery

– Hot water storage tank EKHWP300A or EKHWP500A

– Connection kit for air-water heat pump EKHBRD*

3.3.2 Overview of connections

CAUTION!

• Only erect the EKHWP300/500A hot water storage tank if a ground load-bearing capacity of

1050 kg/m² plus safety factor is guaranteed. The ground must be flat and level.

• Erection outdoors is only possible to a limited extent. The storage tank must not be exposed to

continuous direct sunlight, as the UV radiation and the effects of the weather will damage the plastic.

• The EKHWP300/500A hot water storage tank must be protected from frost.

• Make sure that the supply company does not provide corrosive domestic water.

– Suitable water treatment may be required.

Incorrect set-up and installation would render the manufacturer's guarantee void.
