Binatone SI-4060 [8/38] Safety measures

! When ironing articles made with combinations of fibers, start

with the temperature recommended for the most delicate mate-

rial first (for example, to iron a cloth made of cotton and polyes-

ter select the temperature recommended for ironing polyester

first).

! If the manufacturer’s label, which gives the recommended tem-

perature, is missing and the type of material is known, follow

the recommendations below.

! If you do not know the fabric type, find a place on the article;

which will not be seen and test iron it to select the appropriate

temperature, start with the minimum setting.

Ironing of selected fabrics

! Do not use the water spray button

! Wool, velour, velvet and similar pile fabrics must be ironed on

the inside.

! To prevent shiny marks we recommend that you iron woolen

articles through a thin cotton cloth, set the steam control knob
