• Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the carrying handle, having unplugged the unit, removed the bowl with food and let the multicooker cool down preliminarily.

• The lid, cooking bowl and unit body parts heat up strongly during operation, do not touch them; if you need to take out the hot bowl, use potholders.

• Clean the unit regularly. • Don't replace the multicooker bowl with any other container or pot.

• Don't use metal objects which can scratch the bowl. The coating on the surface of the bowl can be gradually erased, so it is necessary to use it carefully. Do not

remove food from the bowl with sharp objects that could damage the coating.

• Do not pour vinegar into the bowl. It can damage the bowl coating. • During the unit’s operation and breaks between operation cycles, place the unit out of reach of children.

• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the original package only.

• Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after it was dropped, unplug the unit and apply

• After the operation let the device to cool for 15 minutes before the next operation.

• Attention! During the first switch-on, the multicooker can produce an unpleasant smell of burning. This is normal and is due to burnout of the factory oil!

Dishes, cooked in the multicooker, preserve their useful qualities and natural flavour due to the device impermeability. Removable bowl has the thickened bottom and

Delayed start - this function allows to delay cooking so that it will begin at predefined time. For example, if you want to get the ready made dish in 2 hours, set the time 02.00.

Microprocessor will start the program, the dish will be ready when the timer has finished counting down. In order to set this function, choose the necessary cooking program,

press the button "Delayed start". Light indicators will stop flashing after 10 sec and the multicooker will go into the delayed start mode.

This function cannot be applied to the following programs: "Fry", "Bake", "Yogurt".

OPERATION

Before initial use.

To define the quantity of rice or any other cereal, use the measuring cup from the set. Pour water regarding the quantity of measuring cups but note that different kinds

of cereal absorb water in different qunatity. Don't use the multicooker bowl for for washing the ingredients/kneading the dough. Don't cut the dish inside the bowl.

While putting the products into the the multicooker bowl, note, that in the process of the cooking, the products double in their volume, that is why the level of the products/

water shouldn't exceed the max indicator.

Preheat mode is set automatically after the end of cooking and it preserves the appropriate dish temperature. For the following modes this function isn't applied: "Fry",

"Bake", "Yogurt". After cooking is finished you will hear short sound signals, and the preheat time will be shown on the display. If the preheat mode isn't applicable,

the symbols «88:88» will appear on the display. The indicator "Preheat/Cancel" will light up. The multicooker can operate in such a mode for 24 hours.

If the multicooker isn't used, uplug in from the mains. Note! Each program has its own cooking time, for more details refer to the paragraph "Cooking programmes".

COOKING PROGRAMMES

COOKING PROGRAMME «RICE/PILAF»

This mode is used to cook various types of rice and pilaf. This mode doesn't have the default time, so it's necessary to set the cooking time individually depending on the

amount of rice. In the delayed start mode the cooking time is about 1 hour. COOKING PROGRAMME «SOUP/PORRIDGE»: This mode is used to cook different kinds of

cereal, milk porridge and soup. The default time is 1 hour. COOKING PROGRAMME «FRY/HOMEMADE CANNING»: This mode is used to cook meat and fish dishes:

steaks,chopped meat and so on. Vegatables can be also fryed in this cooking programme. The default time is 25 minutes.
