Getting started
Using the menu
To view the main menu, go to standby mode,
thenpresstheleftsoftkey orenterkey.
Followthesetipstonavigatethroughthemenu
andmenuoptions.
• Usetheup,down,left,andright
navigation keys to move through the
variousmenuitems.
• Theupperpartofthescreendisplaysthe
nameofthemenuitemcurrentlyselected
whilethelowerrightcornerdisplays
Back.Presstheleftsoftkey or the
enterkeytoselectthemenuitem.Press
the right soft key underBacktoexit
themenu.
• Beloweachmenuitemisasmall
number.Youcanalsoselectthemenu
item by pressing the corresponding
numberonthekeypad.
• Toquicklyexitfromthemenu,pressthe
power/end key.
• Usethenavigationkeystoselectthe
submenuitemsandoptions.Youcan
alsousetheleftsoftkey or the enter
key to open various options in some
submenus.
Forexample,toviewmissedcalls:
1. UsethenavigationkeystoselectCalls
fromthemainmenu.
2. Presstheleftsoftkey or the enter
keytoconrmtheselection.TheCalls
submenuopens.
3. Presstheleftsoftkey or the enter key
toselecttheMissedCallsoption.Alistof
missedcallsopens.
Thefollowingtableprovidesalistofallthe
main menu items:
Network:Enablesyoutospecifythe
WAP and data settings and set up
GSMandGPRSsettings.Enables
accesstotheinternetandSTKSIM
cardservices.
Messages:Allowsyoutoaccess,
write,send,receive,andorganize
text(SMS),multimedia(MMS),
andemailmessages.Youcanalso
checkemail,chat,andbroadcasta
messageusingthismenu.
Proles:Enablesyoutoselectand
customizethephonesettings
includingtheringtone,volume,ring
type,andanswermode.
Settings: Lets you adjust phone
settings,displaysettings,tone
settings,callsettings,network
settings,Bluetoothsettings,and
securitysettings.Youcanalso
restoreallsettingstotheirfactory
defaultfromthismenu.
Camera:Enablesyoutotake
picturesaswellasrecordvideowith
yourphoneandorganizethem.You
canalsoeditimagesfromthismenu.
