Settings
Idle Screen
Thisitemallowsyoutochoosewhatyouwant
todisplayonthemainidlescreen.Usethe
navigationkeystohighlightanyofthefollowing
items, and use the enter key to check/uncheck
them: Show Date and Time, Show Owner
Number, Show Operator Name, and Show
Proles.PressSavetoconrmyoursettings.
Clean Wallpaper
When the phone is in standby mode, you
maycleanwhatisdisplayedonthemainidle
screen by pressing the power/end key.To
restorewhatiscleaned,pressthepower/end
keyagain.Youcanchangethekeyto
restorewhatiscleaned,ordisablethisfunction
through Settings > Display Settings > Clean
Wallpaper.
Brightness
To adjust the brightness, press Settings >
Display Settings > Brightness and press the
enterkeytodisplaythebrightnesscontrol.
Use the up/down navigation key to adjust the
brightness.PressOK toconrmthesetting.
Backlight Timer
Tosetthebacklighttimer,pressSettings >
Display Settings > Backlight Timer.Usethe
touchpadtohighlightyourpreference.When
done, press OK.
Sleep Timer
Tosetthesleeptimer,pressSettings >
Display Settings > Sleep Timer.Usethe
navigaitonkeystohighlightyourpreference.
Press OK.
Tone Settings
Use the Tone Settings menu to set different
tonesfordifferentevents.
Different tones can be set for Incoming Ring
Tone,PowerOn,PowerOff,FlipOpen,Flip
Close,MessageTone,andKeyTone.
To assign a tone:
1. PressSettings > Tone Settings.
2. Selecttheeventfromthemenuforwhich
you want to assign tone then press OK.
3. Selectatonefromthelistofavailable
tones then press OKtoconrm.
Call Settings
TheCallSettingsmenucontainscallfeatures
thatcontrolorrestrictthecallsyoumakeor
receive.Therearealsofeaturestoshoworhide
yournumberwhenmakingcalls,controlthe
timeofcalls,convenientlyredialnumbers,or
selectaline.
TheCallSettingsmenufeaturesincludeHide
MyNo.,CallWaiting,CallForwarding,Call
Barring,LineSwitching,CallTimeReminder,
CallTimeDisplay,AutoRedial,ClosedUser
Group,andCallFilter.
